Refund and Shipping Policy
Refunds
Our refund policy is limited solely to shoe orders that have not been cleaned. Any shoes that have been cleaned are not eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must not have been sent to us. If we have received your shoes, we will not be able to issue any refund, but will of course send your shoes back to you.

Collection / Drop Off and Shipping
When we have received check in confirmation and you have opted for drop off or collection option in the shipping options then we will be in touch to make arrangements.
Once we have received the kicks we work on a 5-7 day turnaround. Once we have completed the cleaning process and your fresh kicks are ready to check out, we will contact you to arrange delivery or collection.
We provide a FREE OF CHARGE drop off service to our office in Hoddesdon. We will provide you with these details on request. We also offer a FREE collection service on a Saturday morning between 8am – 10am. This is within a 5 mile radius of Hoddesdon Town. If you require delivery or collection outside of the 5 mile radius we charge an additional £5 per 5miles which would need to be paid in cash on delivery.
If you are not local to us and drop off / collection is not an option we are able to receive the trainers and post trainers via local courier.
We offer three return postage options which are as follows;
Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature – £8.50
Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature – £9.50
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm – £15.49.
Please note all inbound trainers will not be covered by Kicks Retreat Ltd so it is important that you send the trainers out via a tracked service.
